10 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
2/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and pepper, set aside
In second bowl combine milk and mayonnaise, blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, blend well
Pour over cabbage mixture
Toss gently, until well mixed
Refrigerate overnight
