Mango Lime Salsa

2 Mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 jalapeno peppers chopped fine
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for about 30 min. to let flavors meld. Serve over grilled chicken, fish, or just eat with chips.
